By browsing this website or purchasing our ready-to-wear skating attire, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policies.

1. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Our ready-to-wear skating attire comes with automatic guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of a product (such as a structural manufacturing defect). You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

2. Pricing and Goods and Services Tax (GST)
All prices displayed on this website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). On Icy Ponds is an Australian small business with an active ABN, but is not currently registered for GST. Therefore, the prices listed are the final amounts payable and do not include, nor require the addition of, GST.

3. Sizing and Garment Care

Sizing: Because performance skating attire requires a precise fit, it is the customer’s responsibility to accurately measure themselves and consult our sizing guides before purchasing. We are not responsible for garments that do not fit if they match the measurements listed in the product description.
Garment Care: Skating attire is made from delicate, high-performance stretch materials (which may include foils, mesh, or embellishments). On Icy Ponds is not liable for damage caused by general wear-and-tear on the ice, rough usage, or failure to follow proper care and washing instructions.

4. Shipping, Payments, and Returns
All purchases are subject to our individual Shipping Policy and Returns Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and accepted the timeframes, payment terms, and conditions outlined in those specific documents, which form part of this overall agreement.

5. Website Accuracy and Order Cancellations
While we strive for perfection, human errors happen. We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to pricing, product descriptions, or stock availability at any time without prior notice. If an item is incorrectly priced or out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel and fully refund your order before it is dispatched.

6. Intellectual Property
The content, layout, design, logo, branding, and original product photographs displayed on this website are the intellectual property of On Icy Ponds. You may not copy, download, reproduce, or use any of our website assets or costume designs for commercial or any purpose without our express written permission.
