On Icy Ponds offers sales directly via the online shop platform - delivery to Australia and New Zealand.

Paypal or Stripe payment choice is available through their security gateways.

Shipping/Postage

We use Australia Post – express post with tracking, to send our costumes within Australia & also to New Zealand.

Express Post within Australia is structured into the price of the costume, to express post to New Zealand we charge and extra $40AUD at checkout.

For Australian Deliveries: if you place your order before Midday (ACST), then they will be posted by 5pm that day from South Australia – anything ordered after that time, may be posted the following day.

Any orders placed on a Wednesday, will be posted on Thursday.

Any orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be posted Monday morning.

Your costumes are carefully boxed and placed inside an Australia Post satchel.  Tracking information will be sent to you and the parcel will require a signature.

If you need to send it back to us (see our Return & Refund policy), then you need to return it to me the same way, in the same condition and in the same box packaging.

For Express Post to New Zealand - should allow 4-5 business days - tracked, but not guaranteed by Aust Post.

Express Post generally delivers anywhere in Australia from South Australia within 3-4 days – but as you know – nothing is guaranteed - but it is tracked - so make sure you give yourself time so you’re happily surprised, and not disappointed.
